Support
This section of our website is devoted to those seeking support, understanding, and resources. Because so much of the work we do centers around sorrow, we hope this section provides some outlets which will help you find your bearings. Know that you're not alone.

Grief
Grief is profoundly personal, with no linear path and no dedicated time frame to its passing. It is a normal response to loss, encompassing the human breadth of emotions which can come in unexpected waves. Just as each person is unique, so is their experience with grief and their process through it. There is no right or wrong way to grieve.

Hospice Resources
Hospice care provides comfort and dignity for those at the end of life, as well as support for their loved ones. It is specialized care designed to improve the quality of life for patients facing terminal illnesses. As a holistic approach, hospice often addresses the emotional, spiritual, and physical needs of patients.

Mental Health
Mental health is an integral part of a person's overall well-being and functionality. It influences thoughts, feelings, and actions, and encompasses emotional, psychological, and social welfare. It determines how stress is managed, relationships are navigated, and choices are made. With this in mind, resources are shared who aim at fostering resilience, providing therapeutic support, and promoting wellness for all individuals.

Postpartum Support
The arrival of a newborn can introduce a host of unexpected emotions. Postpartum support is vital for new parents as they navigate a complex new world and the challenges of a growing family. Recognizing the prevalence of postpartum depression and related conditions, postpartum support encompasses services and care provided to individuals who experience challenges after childbirth.

Substance Abuse
Substance abuse affects not only the individual but their loved ones, friends, colleagues, and acquaintances, often leading to complex relationship challenges in addition to the emotional and physical challenges taken on by the person suffering from addiction.
A gentle reminder: these resources are provided in collaboration with experts in the fields represented. Since we repeatedly encounter these topics in our line of work, we believe it's important to talk about the challenges people experienced when they were alive since family legacies can continue to have an impact for generations.
